Schare & Associates supplies wineries, throughout the U.S. and Canada, with FRUIT JUICE CONCENTRATES and FROZEN FRUITS. Many wineries buy Raspberry Concentrate to help with their Raspberry wine. Others use our Varietal Grape Concentrates when making a Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet or Merlot.
Also, please keep in mind that some wineries use our wonderful GRAPE EXTRACT COLOR to help enhance the color of their wine.
